■ Exhibitor Booths (Games & Items to Enjoy at the Venue)

Game Market features a wide variety of booths related to "analog games," including board games, card games, tabletop RPGs, simulation games, trading card games, murder mystery games, and puzzle-solving games.

You can enjoy a wide range of items, from new releases and indie titles to classic and second-hand games, as well as related merchandise. Additionally, smartphone and tablet games themed around analog games may also be exhibited.

* Age Restrictions & Zoning Areas: The exhibition, display, and sale of items that violate laws, offend public order and morals, or are rated "R18" (purchase and play strictly prohibited for those under 18) are completely banned throughout the venue, including zoning areas. Works containing sexual themes or explicit content must be strictly confined to the designated "Zoning Area" as marked on the venue map.

■ General Admission Guidelines

An admission ticket (advance or same-day cash ticket) is required for entry. To ensure smooth entry and reduce congestion, we highly recommend purchasing your advance tickets beforehand.

[Entry Procedure Overview]

1. Purchase an advance ticket on the official website (or a same-day ticket at the cash ticket counter).
2. Present your ticket at the entrance gate to receive a wristband.
3. Wear the wristband on your wrist to enter (it is also required for re-entry during the event).

■ Re-entry

Re-entry is permitted during the event. Please use the "Exit / Re-entry Doors" located on the 2nd floor of Exhibition Halls 1, 3, and 4.

[Re-entry Procedure & Notes]

• When re-entering, staff will check your wristband at the re-entry doors. Please show it clearly to the staff.
• You must wear the wristband on your wrist at all times inside the venue. (You may be denied re-entry if you are not wearing it).
• * Wristbands will NOT be reissued under any circumstances. Please be careful not to remove or lose your wristband until the event is completely over.

■ Official Catalog

We have discontinued the advance sale of the printed booklet catalog. For your convenience, we have transitioned to two formats: a "Web Version" (free PDF) and a "Booklet Version" (distributed for free at the venue).

• Booklet Version Catalog (Distributed at the venue / Free): Distributed for free inside the venue on the day of the event. Please pick one up after entering.

■ Food and Drink

Various food trucks will be available in the outdoor truck yard. Please feel free to use them.

• Food: As a general rule, eating inside the venue is prohibited. Please use the designated "Eating Spaces" for meals.* Exhibitors only are allowed to consume light snacks (bread, hydration, etc.) inside their own booths, provided they are considerate of their surroundings.
• Drinks: Hydration inside the venue is permitted. However, when carrying drinks through aisles or exhibition areas, please use spill-proof containers with securely closing lids (plastic bottles, thermoses, etc.) and be mindful of your surroundings.

■ Free Play Space

A "Free Play Space" is available inside the venue where you can freely play games. You can immediately try out the games you purchased at the event. It is free of charge and requires no reception check-in.

[Notes]

• Prohibition of Unrelated Activities: This space is strictly for "playing board games, etc." Please refrain from eating meals or conducting business meetings here.
• No Reserving Seats: To allow as many people as possible to use the area, please share the seats.Leaving luggage to reserve seats or being away for a long time is strictly prohibited. Unattended belongings will be treated as "Lost Items" and immediately moved to the Information Desk.

■ First Aid Room

If you feel unwell or get injured during the event, please notify nearby staff or security immediately. A First Aid Room staffed by a nurse is available inside the venue.

• First Aid: The First Aid Room provides emergency treatment for sudden illnesses and injuries. Depending on the symptoms, we may call an ambulance (119) or direct you to a nearby medical facility.
• Medication: The First Aid Room cannot provide any medication (chronic illness meds, painkillers, cold medicine, etc.). If you have a chronic condition or health concerns, please be sure to bring your own medication.

■ Shipping / Courier Desk

A courier service desk (Yamato Transport) will be available at the venue to ship packages and items purchased at the event.

• Location: Please bring your items to the shipping desk inside the venue.* Please check the venue map and on-site signs for the exact location.
• Hours & Congestion:Saturday, Oct 17: 12:30 - 18:00 / Sunday, Oct 18: 12:30 - 17:00* The desk may become extremely crowded near the end of the event, resulting in wait times. If you plan to ship items, please do so early with plenty of time to spare.
• Luggage Storage Service: We offer a temporary luggage storage service (for a fee) on the condition that the items will eventually be shipped from the desk.(Storage fee: 300 yen per box)

To improve services for exhibitor load-in and load-out, Game Market has outsourced shipping and receiving operations to Smile Work.

Below is the expected outbound shipping rate table for the Game Market 2026 Autumn courier desk. These rates include Yamato Transport's shipping fees as well as Smile Work's delivery, storage, and dispatch handling fees.

Please note that outbound shipping rates are subject to change due to price increases by the transport company. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Lost and Found

• If you find a lost item: Please bring it to the Information Desk inside the venue.
• If you notice you lost something DURING the event: Please come to the Information Desk.(* You may be asked to present an ID to verify your identity when claiming an item.)
• If you notice you lost something AFTER the event: All lost items are handed over to the "Makuhari Messe General Management Center Security" after the event ends. Please contact them directly.

* Request regarding social media posts: Posting photos or detailed features (contents, etc.) of found items on social media can lead to theft through impersonation. If you find a lost item, please do not post it online and bring it to the Information Desk immediately.

■ Photography and Video

Photography and video filming are permitted inside the venue, but please observe the following rules so as not to disturb others.

• Personal Photography & Social Media: When photographing individuals, you must obtain their permission in advance. When posting photos where unspecified attendees are visible, please blur their faces out of consideration.
• Photographing Booths: Please follow the instructions of each exhibitor when photographing their booth or displays (photography is prohibited if there is a "No Photography" sign).
• Equipment Restrictions: To prevent obstructions and accidents, the use of tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and large lighting equipment is generally prohibited. (Extending selfie sticks or holding cameras high above heads is also forbidden).* This excludes approved press/media who applied in advance and obtained "Press Permission" (press armbands, etc.).
• Video Filming, Live Streaming & Press: Live streaming (live broadcasting) inside the venue is strictly prohibited. Additionally, "Press Registration" is required for video creators (YouTube, etc.) filming venue reports or media coverage. Unauthorized prolonged filming or interviewing is forbidden.

■ Press and Media Coverage

Anyone intending to conduct media coverage, interviews, or video filming at this event must apply in advance at the "Press Registration Desk."

• Wearing Press Armbands/Badges: Approved applicants will be provided with a "Press Armband" and "Press Badge." Please be sure to wear both while conducting your activities.
• Rules & Etiquette: Always obtain prior permission from the target exhibitors/attendees before interviewing or filming. Actions that hinder event operations or make exhibitors/attendees uncomfortable are strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with Photography Rules: Please also strictly adhere to the guidelines (allowed equipment, prohibitions) listed under "■ Photography and Video."

■ Smoking Areas

The entire venue is strictly non-smoking (including heated and electronic cigarettes). If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas listed below.

* Anyone caught smoking outside of designated areas (including smoking while walking or hiding e-cigarettes) will be ejected from the venue immediately. We ask for your cooperation in observing good manners.

■ Cosplay and Costumes

As a general rule, there are no dedicated cosplay changing rooms or luggage storage areas provided for attendees (including exhibitors). If you plan to participate in costume, please observe the following guidelines.

• No Changing in the Venue: Changing clothes or applying makeup inside the venue or in the restrooms is strictly prohibited.* This excludes Area Exhibitors who have applied in advance to set up a changing room inside their own booth.
• Restrictions on Masks/Helmets: For security and safety reasons, participating or walking around with your face completely hidden (e.g., full-face helmets, masks, full-body mascot suits) is prohibited (your face must be visible when moving).
• Prohibited Items & Overexposure: Please do not bring large props, long objects, imitation swords, etc., that block traffic, or wear costumes that are overly revealing or could dirty the surroundings.
• Coming to the Venue in Costume: Coming to the venue in moderate costumes that do not require changing on-site is not restricted, but please be considerate of those around you.

■ Other Rules and Policies

• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods vary by booth (food, tickets, exhibitors). Since many booths only accept cash, we strongly recommend bringing cash (preferably 1,000-yen bills and coins) with you.
• No Pets: Bringing pets into the venue is strictly forbidden, with the exception of service dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, mobility dogs).
• No Running: For safety reasons, running inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
• No Dangerous/Nuisance Behavior: Actions that cause trouble to other guests or dangerous acts that could lead to accidents/injuries are strictly prohibited. If staff deem behavior inappropriate or dangerous, you must stop immediately. Failure to follow instructions may result in ejection.
• No Sitting/Lying on the Floor: Sitting or lying down in the venue (aisles, walls, common spaces, etc.) is prohibited.
• No Leaving Luggage Unattended: Leaving luggage in aisles or restricted areas (near emergency exits, evacuation routes) where it obstructs movement is strictly prohibited.
• No Using Outlets: The use of power outlets on walls, pillars, etc., inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
• No Alcohol/Smoking: The venue is strictly alcohol-free and smoke-free. Please use designated areas for smoking (for details, please check the "■ Smoking Areas" section above).
• Trash Disposal: Please do not bring household trash to the venue. We kindly ask you to sort your trash properly into the designated bins or take it home with you.
• Official Recording & PR Photography: During the event, the organizers and secretariat will take photos and videos for record-keeping and media coverage. Please be aware that these materials may be used on the event's official website, social media, various media outlets, and promotional materials.

■ Emergency & Disaster Response

In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake or fire, please remain calm and follow the instructions of staff, security, and venue announcements.

• During an Earthquake: Do not move recklessly. Protect your head with a bag, etc., and secure your safety where you are.
• Evacuation: Entrances/exits with open shutters will serve as evacuation routes. Please remain calm and evacuate outside following staff guidance.
