コラボメニューの開発は、まるで料理バトル番組のようでした！🔥👨🍳
原価や保存環境、提供時間の条件を考慮しながら、味や見た目を決めていく試作会はとても楽しく、学びの多い経験でした。
MIDTモチーフのモンブランは、最初は白あんとガリのクリームにチーズケーキを合わせる予定でしたが、時間切れで断念し、代わりにまったく新しい味のモンブランが誕生しました！🍰✨
真ん中に何が入っているかは秘密ですので、ぜひカフェで答えを確かめてみてください！🕵️♀️🎁

The menu was designed with love — it was like a cooking battle show! 🔥👨🍳
We had to make creative decisions under strict conditions (like food cost and prep time)!
One failed idea was a ginger & white bean Mont Blanc inspired by MIDT, but in the end we created a unique new dessert 🍰✨
