The aim of the game is to eliminate the cards in your hand faster than anyone else by creating "Hand" with the cards in your hand and playing them on the field.
The first player to eliminate the cards in your hand earns the highest chip value.
However, the last person to do so will receive a severe negative chip..!
The player with the highest total score after three rounds wins.
The two biggest features of the game are the "takeover" and the "rule tiles"!

【Game Overview】
"Heaven and Hell - one night billionaire-" is a new type of millionaire (big poor) type game with the addition of "takeover" and "rule tiles"!
The aim of the game is to eliminate the cards in your hand before anyone else does, while using the cards in your hand to create "Hand" or takeover someone else's "Hand". The player with the highest total of victory chips at the end of three rounds wins.
The game experience where heaven and hell are reversed overnight (every round) is described as "Heaven and Hell ~one night billionaire~"!

◆Local rules for millionaires such as Bind, Get away, Break the joker, Skip, Bomb, etc. are summarized in rule tiles,
